Assessment
Assessment services are used to provide an objective review of business operations and can be broad or narrow depending upon the need. Think of assessment much like you would a medial physical. Most broadly, CExOGroup examines the functioning and integration of strategy, structure, people and processes leading to specific priority recommendations. More narrowly, an assessment might focus on a division, department or process to identify objective feedback. In all cases, the scope of the assessment is developed based upon the organization’s requirements. Professional fees are project specific and estimated in advance.
